Items may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase or for exchange by January 8th, 2010.

Store Bought Merchandise

• Items priced as marked, 10% off and 20% off, 14 days for a full refund with original receipt 30 days for store credit.
• Items priced as marked, 10% off and 20% off that are Dresswear, 3 days for a full refund, 7 days for store credit with original receipt.
• Merchandise discounted 30% to 50% off returned with a receipt have 30 day to receive a store credit.
• After 30 days all merchandise is final sale.
• Merchandise discounted 50% off or more is Final sale.
• Returns made without a receipt will be exchanged at the lowest selling price.
• Full service Layette returns, 30 days for a store credit only.
• All Layaways, Special orders, and Camp orders.
• All tickets must be attached to all returns.
• No adjustments on merchandise purchases prior to a sale.
• We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and of course Denny’s Gift Cards (in-store use only).  
• We’re sorry, but we cannot accept charges on merchandise discounted more than 40% off.

Online Purchases

• For online purchases we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
• Denny’s Childrenswear store credits and gift cards can not be used to purchase merchandise online.
• For all Returns tickets must be attached.

• All online purchases must be shipped and received back at the above address within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Customers can return merchandise instore.
• If a customer chooses to return an item instore an internet receipt must be present and has 30 days from date of purchase to receive a store credit.
• No refunds will be issued in store for merchandise purchased online.

Shipping & Handling

All Internet orders will be shipped from Plainview, NY via UPS Ground unless expedited shipping is requested.. All orders will be processed on the next business day after the order was placed. Denny’s will not be responsible for any charges from UPS for incorrect shipping address given by purchaser.

International Orders

Sorry, we will not ship outside the continental United States.

Sales Tax

Due to Federal Law When shipping to the following areas the corresponding tax rate must be charged.

• Shipping to the state of Florida a tax rate of 6.5% will be charged
• Shipping to Nassau and Suffolk Counties in New York a tax rate of 4.625% will be charged
• Shipping to Westchester County in New York a tax rate of 3.375% will be charged

When shipping to any other area in the continental US there is no tax charge.
